"The "Cupcake Duo by Magnolia Bakery" isn't bad at all, but I was hoping more for the textute of smooth buttercream icing for the vanilla cupcake, but the taste and texture were more reminiscent of the vanilla buttercream in the buttercream candy eggs covered in chocolate that people buy at Easter. The chocolate cake had a creamier texture and taste. Also, in my opinion, the flavors are more subtle than the buttercream icing and cake with which I'm more familiar. That wasn't a bad thing, but something to keep in mind.
The "Baked by Melissa's Bite-Size Cupcakes" were too good for their size. They were, indeed, bite-size, and I ate them over the course of an hour, a problem given their cost.
