"First of all, if you love the Nero in the UK, stay far away from them in the USA. Also I called earlier today and asked if they could give me a sandwich that was IN STOCK but not on the door dash menu. They wouldn't accommodate me and had an attitude about it. It's a SANDWICH. You'd rather lose the sale?! They wouldn't answer the phone for any questions after the sandwich thing even though I was nice about it. Later on, it was on the menu, I ordered it. The sandwich was not only burned but had almost nothing on it, it looks like they played football with my cake and then put it in the bag, the latte was cold and forgettable. The soup was ok but I wouldn't ever give them my business again. Both Nero locations around here, the people working there are trash. What an embarrassment to Cafe Nero in the UK. I went every single day in Nottingham and London. Amazing. I should've known from the horrible customer service here it would suck. "
