"This is my first time ordering with this restaurant, and the Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich was so good! When they opened up across the highway, one of the employees sent over a "care package" with some of their baked goods. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new coffee spot that isn't Starbucks or Dunkin (I still love and frequent both though)."
"The quite expensive sourdough breakfast sandwich tasted stale. Bread was hard as a rock, cheddar dried out and egg rubbery. The fruit pastry was okay, but the custard is too sweet by far. I really wanted to like this place. Haven't tried the chicken salad sandwich yet or strawberry croissant, but I suspect the custard will be the same. Sugar needs adjusting."

"For years I haven't found chicken salad that tastes as good as a previous homemade one I had and I decided to give theirs a try and it COMES SO CLOSE TO PERFECT! "My sesame bagel was burnt. I did not order my bagel toasted, if this happened during the cooking process, it should have never made it to the floor to sell. The vegetable cream cheese Specialty Cream Cheese barely has any veggies at all. The Crumb Cake was a good size and tasted great but not worth the other disappointing food. This will probably be my last order from planet bagel. Plenty of other local bagel places have higher quality veggie cream cheese and bagels. "
