"I recently had too experiences with Diner Neptune. I visited in person the other day and had a great experience with the food and service. Based on that, I decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, my delivery order was quite disappointing compared to my in-person visit.
It seemed that the care put into packing the order was lacking. Here are some specific issues I encountered:
* **Chocolate Milkshake:** What I received was mostly a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup mixed in, which seems to be a common issue with diner milkshakes. It wasn't the traditional chocolate milkshake I was expecting.
* **Chicken Tenders:** The tenders themselves were okay, but they weren't crispy, and the requested sauce was missing from the order.
* **Grilled Cheese Deluxe:** This was not enjoyable and had an unusual taste that I wouldn't recommend.
* **Chicken Wings:** The wings appeared large due to heavy breading, but they turned out to be frozen wings, which was a letdown. Additionally, the blue cheese that usually comes with wings was not included in my order.
* **French Onion Soup:** This was the highlight of the meal! It had excellent flavor and the cheese wasn't overpowering.
Overall, based on my delivery experience, I would rate it a 2 out of 5 stars. My in-person experience was much better, so I wanted to provide this feedback regarding the delivery service and food preparation."

"We order from DoorDash multiple times a week, so we’re very familiar with the limitations many restaurants have, especially when it comes to adding special instructions. Usually, that means having to call the restaurant directly to request something simple, like dressing on the side or a minor modification that isn’t available through the app. More often than not, even after calling, the request is either ignored or met with an extra charge.
That was not the case with Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.
I spoke with Rafay at the store, and the level of service I received was so outstanding it inspired me to write this review entirely based on that experience. It was genuinely exceptional.
Honestly, even if the pizza had been the worst I’ve ever had (which it wasn’t), I would still order from here again solely because of the amazing service
PS- the pizza was fantastic , and those hot peppers pack a punch with every bite. The family bundle is well worth the money. The salad was fresh without a single piece of wilted lettuce, the knots are fluffy with a perfect ratio of garlic. "
