"Tonkatsu was way overcooked, dry, almost inedible. Curry rice was okay. For $21 we expected more. Chicken Katsu was plentiful but overcooked as well. Katsu sauce was only passable and only enough for a third of the amount of chicken. The price would have been fair if the food was tasty. Gyoza was just okay but sauce was awful with way too much vinegar. For $11.30 and only 5 pieces we expected more. Apparently this cook never tasted his food. One time-only customer. "

"WOW!!!!! Haven't been to Hiro's in a long time, since I live on Oahu. Ordered four of Chicken Katsu Supreme Bento, and four Garlic Chicken Supreme Bento. Bento is so loaded, and packed with food the container cracked on the corner! Chicken Katsu, and Garlic Chicken is very flavorful is tasty, and not oily at all. Included in the bento is a slice of Kamaboko, two pieces of hot dog, one piece of fish, one small hash, and rice. Everyone loved the food!

"First time I ate here and let me tell you I think this is my next go-to spot if I'm craving some delicious Chinese. Firstly when me and my daughter walked we were greeted with smiles all around the owners are friendly and the food is good. Me and my daughter ordered the Mochiko Chicken, Chicken Katsu and the Fried Wontons. the Mochiko Chicken was my daughter's plate and she got the Mini which let me tell you, it wasn't so Mini. The chicken had that signature sweet taste to it and the Mac Salad you get my daughter actually loved. She's pretty picky with her Mac Salad too. The Katsu was actually for my brother and he said it was perfectly crispy, it was a huge portion for a mini and the sauce was similar to one you'd get at L&l which I feel tastes so good. It also came with Mac salad and a scoop of rice. Lastly the wontons were for me and they tasted great. the crisp was nice and it wasn't dry. Also the sweet and sour sauce that came with it was good. All in all we enjoyed our first experience here and can't wait to go back again to try out other dishes."

"I would probably go there to try more of their pastries, but I wouldn't go back for the sandwiches not to say that it wasn't good. The the sandwich was made with fresh ingredients. The popover is just too much bread for me, but I like trying new things so it was still decent quality the Lily Koi pastry. I enjoyed very much. It was way smaller than I thought, though. I thought it would be more of the size of a scone, so they're really tiny, but they are very good and I would definitely go back for the pastries. The chai latte was good. Also, I did think it was gonna look layered. That's why I got it, but mine was all mixed, but the flavor still was there. I added caramel syrup to mine and a shot of espresso because I didn't know how it was gonna taste so I was just experimenting with that myself. I would get it without the extra caramel cause chai latte already is sweet, but it was a very good chai flavor."
