For the cost of takeaway food now days (even fast food), the lack of customer contact and overall lack of personal touch customers once received many years ago, one would expect that considering all that's been removed from the customer that the food should be exceptional. Unfortunately, despite the cost cutting on wages that equates to lack of customer contact, amendments to the freshness of your salads and now frozen chocolate mousse that gets smaller and smaller and yet more costly. Now not even the cost recovery can not even ensure the food is quality controlled before leaving the store. Disappointed is now the more used term when discussing my experiences with KFC."
