I could tell that everything was fresh and homemade. The one thing that surprised me was the Red Velvet Roll (like a Nonna made it). I'm pleased to submit a glowing review. We were thrilled that the food arrived warm, with great portion sizes, and appealing presentation. That’s hard to accomplish with takeout! The one thing I would change is that the most delicate and expensive (mahi) entree not be positioned at the bottom of the takeout bag. It was crushed.
The substantial Sourdough Club sandwich was bursting with ingredients. The Potato Salad side, the Side Strawberry Spinach Salad , and the side of Fried Chicken House-Made Tenders were impressive.
The side of Fried Green tomatoes ( Side FGT (3) disappeared quickly. That side dish includes only three slices, and two out of three still had crispy coating. They tasted marvelous.
The Blackened Mahi dish with risotto was very tasty. It was well-seasoned and the filet was a nice size.
The Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls were huge and satisfying.
We were uncertain what was included in the Dessert Flight since DoorDash doesn't list a description of the desserts on the menu. It was a nice surprise that all included desserts were heavenly.
