"This is some of the best soul food Ive had in Charlotte. The portions was a great size. The Mac is 10/10. The yams couldve been a 10 but there was either too much nutmeg or all spice. However I still give it a 9/10. The shrimp and fish was seasoned and fried to perfection. I ordered the Baltimore 1/2 & 1/2 but got lemonade instead however it was still good. "
"Grilled Salmon Platter was pretty good. Had a bit of fishy smell but cooked perfect, seasoned well. Mac was a 10/10 literally perfect! But the yams..are a very HARD PASS. The yams had a bitter but pepper like taste, not sweet at all. I added honey still no good. Nice size portions for the price."
