This is the first time I ordered from the Richwood location, mainly because there's never been a way to order chips and salsa. Today I decided to try them since it's closer and just ordered a Chips and Cheese Dip and put a note in to sub salsa. Not the most cost efficient way since cheese is usually a bit more expensive than salsa, but it worked. The Queso Birria Tacos unfortunately didn't come with any consomé, and while the tacos were good, they really needed the dip.
