In the past when drastic mistakes were made I called the restaurant directly to offer feedback because they lost money on my order being so wrong. The manager didn't care. So..."

Also the toast, while it looks nicely charred it is still pretty flimsy. It's hard to even get a bite off because it's so soft. I chicken was cooked perfectly!"
