The Chorizo Skillet had fried-med eggs which were cooked perfectly, with some yolk. Personally, the potatoes were a bit undercooked and perhaps too scarce compared to the chorizo. Wish I would have asked for salsa to go with it.

I had the Giddy Up Melt and it was 3 super thick chunks of meat, but the meat only covered 1/2 the bread. I had to take my sandwich apart and slice the meat to cover all of the bread.
