"I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza well done via the app, expecting the crispy, cupped pepperonis as advertised with over 100 slices for that loaded experience. Unfortunately, what I received was undercooked dough that was soft and doughy in the center, not at all well done— it felt like it spent minimal time in the oven. On top of that, a quick count showed only about 50-60 pepperonis, far short of the ‘over 100’ promised in the promotions, leaving large patches of just cheese and sauce. For a pizza that’s hyped as premium, this was a major letdown, especially at the price point.
