"Guava Delights ($9.36) are very much mini, smaller than bite size, that wasn't really the problem...they were ROCK hard. Of the 6 items I was only able to eat one and half and very carefully. Croissbrulee ($5.50) another item that was hard as a brick, a completely wasted item. I even tried to warm it in the oven to see if that would help, it did not. It became like a hard rubber ball. I have never seen filo style dough reach that level of stiffness, not sure how they even worked with it like that other than it was fresh days before I received it.. The only thing that was good was the Kamikaze ($6.25) coffee. I normally only rate items I enjoy but this deserved the one star due to it being a quality rating and not so much a personal taste rating. Thank goodness the coffee didn't disappoint. But waste of money overall."

However, it was not made clear and obvious and was only included in the last sentence of the description. I did not enjoying having to bake my side for 55-60 minutes after a 30 minute delivery. Adding "Frozen" to the title or first sentence would help make it clear that these will not arrive ready to eat. My Ham & Swiss Slider 3-Pack and Garlic Herb Turkey & Cheddar Slider 3-Pack were great. But not impressed with the frozen Loaded Smashed Potatoes. To top it off, the packaging to the potatoes was open as well. 3/10 experience. "
