Portion sizes were tiny for the price—my ~$6 mac and cheese side was so small that placing my hand next to it showed just how little there was. That said, the mac and cheese was flavorful, cheesy, and well-made. The pulled pork sandwich had decent flavor, but the bun was over-toasted.
No cutlery was included, so I had to eat everything with my hands on a late-night airport DoorDash delivery with no utensils available.
The DoorDash driver was polite, fast, and followed instructions perfectly.
I'll give them another shot—I like supporting new spots and think they deserve a second chance. Next time, I'll dine in."

I rated the pickup as 2 stars, because the order was not noticed on their ordering system until I arrived to fetch it despite having paid for it and adding a tip. They were understaffed, one waitress on duty so I understand the problem, except why payment was taken when the order wasn't processed.

""The Go To" AAA Beef Burger had been warmed up in a microwave before being wrapped in the container. The bun was soggy the lettuce was brown. I had to scrape the sauce and lettuce off of the bun and the layer of soggy gross and still couldn't get rid of the horrid taste from the relish sauce. No option when ordering to remove or replace items such as relish sauce and pickles. Could not sub in Onions Rings instead of fries, had to add it as a full order and then only came with half a dozen rings for $6.50 was a huge disappointment. The pile of fries with the burger was double the serving of the Onions Rings. The fries were great. The onion rings tasted great but way too small for the price. The burger I ended up throwing out it was horrible. Nothing looked anything like the pictures. "
