"This is the best Monte Cristo I have had since Bennigan's closed, almost 20 years ago. It is huge, more than two meals worth. "Very disappointing, this location is terrible compared to the Pearland location. First time ordering from here and everything was so bad. Sad because we left a rave review for the Pearland spot. The chocolate pastry had barely any chocolate in it at all, for over 6 dollar you would think they would make it loaded, the other location gives you way more and tasted like we were just eating plain bread. The fruit they use here is so bad, again the other location gives the best fruit at peak flavor and ripeness, this one however had very poor fruit, all the strawberries were still green, like how does a self respecting French pastry bakery put junk like that out to customers and for the exorbitant fees they charge too? An almost 80 dollar order for a few pastries and coffee and almost all of it was not good and pathetic, the other location was always great and we ordered a few times a month but this place we will never order from again.
The only decent items were the Matcha Latte and the coffee croissant everything else we feel as though they just robbed us of our money. Most of the items had literally no taste and no flavor.
Do not recommend them at all. Go to the Pearland location instead much better quality.

"First time to try Black Rock. Coffee & muffin were very good. Best thing aboutmy order was that I could actually order it for delivery. I am a Starbucks junkie, but ordering a drink drink from any of the delivery apps is difficult and very expensive if you use sugar free syrups. Example: @ SB a venti sugar free vanilla latte ends up costing $12.05 to build a Venti Latte w/sugar free syrup and 1extra shotbecause the apps charge you over $1 for each pump of syrup added.
This Black Rock coffee tastes good, allows you to select sugar free syrup with no extra cost and only cost $9.30 for the same delivered drink. All the apps could improve the method for syrups selection and additions. They must not realize just how many diabetics and sugar free users are out there.

Beef Kabob is basically three smallish pieces of beef, not a lot of rice. Tasty? Yes! But the portions are atrocious. Lamb Shank is hit or miss. Sometimes big, and sometimes small. Taste is fantastic, but portion wise not really that consistent. Shrimp Salad tastes really good and a moderate amount of shrimp, may not be enough for some. Tiramisu tastes ok not very sweet if you are not into sweet desserts this is for you. Garlic Dip is delicious and has a strong garlic flavor. "The flavor of the French dip is wonderful as always, but I've eaten it so much since they opened that I know how it's supposed to look so when we got it I literally measured it and it was just a little over 2 inches. So they need to treat their delivery and take out the same way they would somebody is standing there watching them."
"The ham sandwich was quite expensive. I did not like the house mayo. They charge extra to add sliced pickles then use the cheap gross hamburger style pickles. To their credit, the bread was quite fresh & the lemon cookie was large & delicious."
