The 10in cake that I ordered for my nephew's bday arrived frozen (like there were literally ice in the frosting). I wasn't upset that I accidentally spent $60 on a frozen cake that I could have gotten for $15 at Giant; I was upset for their lack of accountability and remorse. Instead, they said that they will write that it's frozen on the cake (which you will only see after it gets paid and delivered). Note: it would be better if you let your consumers know prior to the purchase that the quality is crap. Terrible cake but even worse customer service!"

As for the donut. I got the Key Lime Pie Donut. The brioche is incredibly soft and chewy. The key lime glaze has a nice citrus flavor without tasting artificial.
