The meat appeared to be well-seasoned...that is you can see pepper, but upon tasting it, I was met with immediate disappointment. The burger color was relatively gray, which is exactly how I would describe the taste. It almost appeared to have been boiled. I have no idea how to turn delicious red meat into such a bland tasting product. I wish restaurants would realize that meat NEEDS salt. Or, if not salt, onion powder and garlic powder, etc. spices are not optional if you're not going to use salt.
