The rice had that unmistakable smoky "wok hei" flavor that is so hard to achieve. The pieces of beef were tender and mixed beautifully with the rice, scrambled eggs, and fresh green onions. Tallarín a la Huancaína con Lomo Saltado (Huancaína-Style Noodles with Saltado Steak)
