"OMG, came home after a night out with the girls around 2:30 AM and ordered a shrimp Poboy. This is my first time eating at big easy. I'm Saint Bernard and have had many poor boys- It was killer, fresh, hot on arrival, the batter was very thin and you could tell the oil was fresh and the shrimp were perfect. It was dressed right and not with too much condiment. Everything was perfect. I was very impressed at the freshness considering 2:30 in the morning and with fast delivery. In extremely impressed. "Love the food. Was disappointed with the hasbrown. I ordered them crispy but they were not. Had to add lots of salt & pepper to them & put in the broiler. Other than that the pancakes were amazing & I have some left for tomorrow . I'm sure if I went in the diner the hashbrowns would have been delicious. "The quality of food here has been consistent every time I have ordered, very flavorful, and most of the time very fresh. Pretty good portion sizes on the products, too. The Barq's Root Beer "large drink" is actually a large drink (around 40 oz cup), in comparison to other places where their large drinks are closer to around 20oz size cups. That said, I do plan on ordering again, because they consistently deliver quality product for the price.
One complaint I have though, is the individual item boxes that are used. For example, if you order a Bigger Plate, the 3rd protein will be in one of those small boxes. Those small boxes will leak whatever marinade is on your proteins into the shipping bag, usually causing a mess, often getting sticky as well, and it can cause a contamination issue, so there needs to be something in place to prevent that like adding a liner seal to the design or changing to a different style of container."

"I read the other reviews before ordering, but I thought that they were exaggerations or isolated incidents. I was wrong. The side Caesar salad was entirely missing, and the side French onion soup was only a few spoonfuls and not much better than being missing as well. The Swiss cheese for the French onion soup was also missing although considering the size of the soup itself, a few shreds of cheese may have gone unnoticed. The bowl of country potato soup was disappointingly small considering that it cost $7.55 but did come with a hearty amount of cheddar cheese and bacon. The chicken riviera sandwich was appropriately portioned. All that being said, everything that I received was absolutely delicious. I wish I could say that I'm never ordering from here again, but that would be a lie. The food is just too good even if they can't seem to get the order right or properly fill a soup container. "
