"I was surprised at the high quality of my order, this was a real standout Benedict with some clear care put behind it. The hollandaise was tasty and doesnt rely on an overly citrus flavor, and had a good portion size with the meal so I could enjoy it with the hash browns as well. The eggs were poached very well and critically, the English muffin was toasted perfectly. Often these are either soggy or over toasted, but on this Benedict, they were just seared on the edges making it easy to cut and eat but still able to retain its structure. My request to skip the bacon, was honored as well. Additionally, I like the thicker cut hash browns as they keep the toasted char and potato flavor well and the small side of fruit was a great touch as well.
