I'm so disappointed at this meal that I spent $70 on."

"We have ordered a few combo meals here and we have loved everything! Their Short ribs are amazing! They are a little thicker than the normal short ribs you might get elsewhere which we really appreciate ! Also they give a really good amount of food for the price you pay. Their fried rice is one of the best teriyaki fried rice I have tasted. It tastes really authentic.
The only remark I will mention is that I would prefer they gave a regular teriyaki salad instead of cabbage style salad. But that is a a personal opinion. I still enjoyed it but as a preference I prefer lettuce style salad with the combo meal.
All in all really good teriyaki food and definitely recommend !!! "

"I always get the egg fried rice, each grain is properly coated and cooked so that you always get a flavorful bite. The Bulgolgi was better than expected, most places can't seem to get that good grilled/charred flavor without burning the onions but I was MORE than pleased with the flavor and quality, the breading for the Honey Walnut Shrimp is a bit heavy (batter could be thinned out just a bit or crispness/ratio to shrimp) but the glaze is perfect, not like the mayonnaise heavy coating you'll find at other places."

I called to tell them I was missing the rice I paid for, and they argued that wasn't the case. I shouldn't have to argue about something that isn't true; I'm arguing because I paid money for something I didn't receive. The portion size wasn't adequate for a family. They're incompetent, and I'm paying so much money. The pictures don't show what the food looks like. I paid almost $97.00, giving them my first chance, which is now my last.
