"One of my go-to dishes to judge the quality of an Italian restaurant is Spaghetti Carbonara because it is a simple dish with complex flavors that is very easy to do poorly but when it is done well is divine. Keeping in mind that this is a delivery; it arrived at the right temperature so the eggs were not curdled. That was impressive. And overall, I was very happy with the Carbonara.
It also came with Italian bread, spices soaked in olive oil, and grated Parmesan. The olive oil and spices were fantastic. The bread was a little dry, bit dipping it in the oil took care of that and overall, the bread/oil/spice/cheese was fantastic.
Now to the flavor of the carbonara because technically it was superb. Which is even more impressive because it was delivered.
I am going to be picky about some details for the chef, but for those potential customers that read this review, get the carbonara. It is very good.
So, for the chef; I am going to criticize at the edges to tell you what would take this dish from a 9 to a 10 for me. Basically, the flavors are just slightly unbalanced. The guanciale is perfect in ratio to the noodles. It has a great salt balance. But, it could use more cracked black pepper and it need the Romano cheese. And my tongue may be deceiving me but it tastes like you used the whole egg instead of just the yolks to coat the noodles. For me, using just the yolks is crucial.
So, take the slight criticism for what little it is worth. As for me, I would eat this carbonara every night. It is that good. "

"I ordered two pizzas for a party I was having. I ordered few hours ahead of time and set it for 8pm. Well, at 8pm the pizzas were delivered. Everyone dug in and we were surprised at the quality. I ordered a sausage 20" Pizza and pepperoni 20" Pizza and both were fantastic.My buddies are slobs so we ha no problem finishing them. Everything was still hot and perfect.

"Ordered the Jimmy's rigatoni minus the mushrooms with the minestrone soup. In order of garlic bread and a regular side garden salad. The salad is good and looks nice. The minestrone soup could be a meal in itself. It had so much extra pasta beans, vegetables and what look like little pieces of ground meat tasty and it was served hot.
The rigatoni on the other hand was a disappointment. I got the half order which is plenty however, sauce was real thick about a third of the noodles were not covered at all. They were just bare noodles and tried mixing it and try to cover it but the sauce just wouldn't cover the noodles. It was almost like a paste consistency flavor was OK but again it with the sauce being so thick and you're not getting it with everything it taste like eating plain pasta the chicken that's added is shredded or chopped into pieces. I think it would be better if it was either sliced or thicker pieces because it doesn't look very appetizing. Not gonna recommend this again."
