"the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was absolutely disgusting the meat was very chewy and taste was old and nasty. I would never order this item again. The Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis were very small and one of them didn't have any cream cheese in it, it was just bread and it tasted freezer burned. The ice coffee wasn't the best as well. They gave me nothing but ice and it tasted very watery. I was not satisfied with my order whatsoever and i would like doordash credit or a full refund because this is ridiculous. "While I must start by saying that your pancakes are truly excellent, order accuracy and customer service have unfortunately led to a disappointing experience across multiple attempts.
I have placed three separate orders and have been disappointed each time due to missing items, which results in an incomplete meal.
On my recent orders, the following issues were noted:
• Missing Main Items/Sides: Key components of the order, such as the meat and sides (e.g., grits), were left out.
• Special Request Issues: requesting that fruit be packaged separately from the pancakes to prevent them from becoming soggy upon arrival was not followed.
• Missing Condiments: Only a single packet of syrup was provided for two large pancakes, and a kids pancake which was insufficient.
When attempting to resolve these issues by calling the restaurant, I was unable to get an answer. Consistency in fulfilling orders and responsiveness to customer follow-up are essential for repeat business.
I truly appreciate the quality of your food, but unfortunately, due to the repeated issues with order accuracy, I will not be ordering again at this time. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers."
