"I am unable to delete my previous review, so I must amend it. even though I didn't care for the orders I received before, I continued to order from Basil. I knew they could deliver. The last two orders have been good and my last order was really great. On my last order I requested additional soy sauce. They sent what seemed like a sweetened soy sauce and it made all the difference. I had previously reported that the food was dry and lacking in flavor. This sauce really enhanced the Drunken Noodles and gave a great flavor to the meal. I also boosted the spiciness from mild to medium. Also a big improvement. You're going to have to figure out your own approach to seasoning the food, but it was worth it. The shrimp was a big improvement over pork and chicken. pretty big, plump and flavorful. I felt I needed to revise my previous rating to a 4/5."

I have ordered from Spoon & Chopsticks but this is the first time that I am reviewing them. All of their food is amazing! I normally have the Spicy Beef Stew, but this time I had the Pork Tonkatsu with Curry, a Matcha Frappacino and 25oz of Kimchi.
The katsu was cooked perfectly, the curry was the perfect compliment but don't hesitate to try out the katsu sauce (small container)! The pickled radish was sweet and crunchy and added a good balance to the dish.
The matcha frappacino was mellow and sweet, and it was a good balance between bites.
I ordered the 25oz container of kimchi because I eat it often and this kimchi is top notch - it has good flavor, and is fresh with no sour notes. It has a little spice to it, but it's not heavy. I would eat the whole container if I could.
My only regret is not getting enough rice!"
