"I ordered Harumaki (3pcs), spicy miso chicken Ramen ラーメン with ginger and a strawberry Ramune (Japanese Soda) ラムべ I was craving Ramen and wanted it authentic Japanese so I decided to give this place a try. 10 out of 10, easily! The food was piping hot when I received it and very flavorful. The Ramen is large enough for two, maybe even three people for lunch. After that, you'll eat a late dinner. As I'm not familiar with using chopsticks or Japanese soda, I had to find a video on YouTube for proper usage and opening of the soda. The soda is particularly small but flavorful. The egg rolls were crispy and the dipping sauce for it is perfect. The noodles were cooked to perfection, the egg gave it a nice creamy taste, and the spicy miso gave it a lot of flavor. I let it sit for a few minutes to absorb all of the ingredients and it tasted like heaven! I'll definitely come back for another order and try something different. Hokkaido, you did not disappoint with the flavor and value for your money."

"I ordered ahead at 3:00 for a 5:00 pick up and I didn't receive my food until 6:00. The order ended up not being correct, the chicken was hard and dry. The black lentils weren't cooked. The portions were very small, barely covered the bottom of the plate. They were out of the dressings that came with both bowls and had me pick two other ones and then I got home and there was no dressing. They were out of lids so they used Saran Wrap and it didn't cover all the way but it didn't matter because there was hardly any food in the bowls so it wasn't going to spill out. The açaí protein lunch was the only thing good and they forgot to give that to me so I had to ask for it. I won't be back."
