What I got was a mountain of huge chunks of pepper, large onions barely peeled off(including a big circular piece) and a ton of spinach. The mountain of these vegetables was wrapped in a thin layer of egg that couldn't have been more than 2 eggs total. My expectation with an omelette is for chopped up small pieces of vegetables and that there will be more eggs than vegetables or fillers. The eggs are the main thing not a mountain of uncut veggies."
