"alright. first off, this restaurant is very good. straight up. great quality, solid prices. the problem here, is that the burgers are not built to withstand a trip in a car inside a sealed plastic bag. that's completely understandable, by the way.
my burger arrived super soggy and sloppy, as you would assume is a possibility. no fault of the deliverer, and not much of a fault on the restaurant. if you're looking for a late night quality burger, just be aware that you might be digging your fingers into a sloppy wet cheesy bun.
again, the burger tasted phenomenal, and was of fantastic quality, just something to consider as a late night orderer. not sure there's anywhere to improve, as i have no idea what kind of bun can withstand their double patties.

I thought I was getting boneless spare ribs so I was very surprised to open the container and see how large these were but they have a bone which is fine, the flavor is still good just not what I was expecting. I scheduled the delivery so it would arrive as I was getting home from work and the timing was spot on! Even got there a few minutes early than expected. The tempura shrimp was overpriced for only two pieces, costing just over 11 dollars, and was neither fresh nor appealing. I am highly disappointed. The chicken fingers tasted of old oil and batter, and the vegetables served alongside the tempura shrimp were also greasy and stale. The Crab Rangoon contained no seafood or meat filling and was neither sweet nor salty, lacking any real flavor. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied after spending over 100 dollars on food that seemed reheated, leftover, and poorly prepared. I will never spend another cent at this restaurant. If I could feature this place on a food show to expose its flaws, I would. The terrible taste of the food makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Save your money and order from elsewhere. "My order was received missing the Wonton Soup , which is honestly the only thing I truly wanted. I ordered a chicken dish, 5. Hong Sue Gai, that was described as having breaded chicken amongst rice and veggies with brown sauce... but it was literally chicken fingers golden fried to add to a mix of mostly bok choy. The sauce was brown, but totally not flavorful. I had asked to add spice and that wasn't done.
Good things- the Crab Rangoon are decent. The crunchies to go into the soup that didn't come were good. The veggies were healthy and fresh. Portion is very large.
Overall, the missing soup made me rate them with less than a like, which is what this food would typically be. I might order them again, but would just order different things. I did get a DoorDash refund for the soup."
