The texture of the pasta was too soft and the sauce was non existent, chunky, and completely absorbed by the pasta. There wasn't even a hint of truffle - you can't mega bake a delicate pasta sauce and expect the flavor to persist. The shrimp was fine, I ate all that. I wouldn't pay 15 bucks for this, let alone 30.
