It lacked salt and was more of a soggy consistency instead of fried. The fried Whiting was disappointing. The portion size of the 2 pieces were good. However, the outside looked crispy and golden, but the inside appeared undercooked. It was more translucent than white and flaky. I had to put it in the air fryer for at least 10 minutes."
