Thought I ordered it iced but accidentally got hot and it was a pleasant surprise and just what I needed that day. I modified the Lightweight and it was good, had fresh ingredients, it was just so big! Which means you get your most for your money. Only thing that was funny/ not quite right was the muffin. The Blueberry muffin did not have blueberries in it lol. I counted maybe 4 little ones in the middle on one side. Genuinely thought they gave me something else until I finally bit blue. I'll try the latte with honey again for sure - I can tell it's a quality espresso that they use!"

The container was full of what seemed like half of a bag of chips with very little toppings."

"I used to eat at Panera several times a week about 5 years ago and haven't been there in quite some time. I ordered today and wow ... the quality totally went downhill. The portion size for a "whole" salad was what the half size used to be. The chicken tastes like store-bought packaged chicken which didn't use to be the case. You used to be able to add a variety of other ingredients to your salad and that doesn't seem to be available. Even the dressing cup is smaller. The only consistently good item was the French Baguette which is still delicious.
I can't justify paying the cost of these salads anymore. I used to think to myself "I know this is expensive, but it is so worth it." Not anymore! It's really not much different than a salad from a fast-food restaurant. Save yourself money and get a salad somewhere else. "
