I guess I can see how some folks would perceive the food as "lacking flavor," but I could also argue they have an immature palate (hehe). It smelled so incredible, I immediately took a piece of falafel by hand to mouth. When I opened the bag, the food was warm despite the cold weather. Not even the Bo-Tato Rounds® were cold! The grape jam was in a seperate bag as requested, but in the bag wit the sandwiches was also HONEY, which was great! It's like they read my mind! I saved the jam for later and went with their choice, and I'm glad I did! The honey was just the right amount of sweet!
