The pork chop had no bend in it because the outside was cooked dry and stiff. Never have I been served pork chops like that from American Pancake House. It was not their usual great tasting fare. They have gone to a much thinner no pork flavored chop and the person cooking it has no idea how to cook it, maybe three minutes per side at most. This had been my favorite place for pork chops. Bone in center cut pork chops should be moist and flavorful because of the bone. No more pork chops until they bring their old ones back. These just were not worth the money nor up to American Pancake House Standards.."
