"I have to be honest, I ordered here after looking at 4 other burger places because they all had either ketchup or burger sauce/thousand island on their burgers with no way of requesting to remove it and add mayo. This was the only burger place I saw that came with only mayo. So I thank them for that. I highly recommend that restaurants allow you to take off or add ingredients to their menu items. They lost my business for this reason.
With that said, I ordered the Bacon Avocado burger. It was delicious. It had a good amount of avocado and bacon on it. The fries were very good. The ranch is not good. It tastes like Kraft and is very vinegary. At this price point for a burger, I expect house made ranch. Other than the ranch however, I really enjoyed my meal. I would recommend them."

My husband said it was really good but my son only liked the rice. The part that upset me was I paid $2.75 for 4 oz of spicy hot sauce. They forgot to put it in my bag and I hate dry burritos. So my husband had to go pick it up and they didn't even give us like a free churro or something for the inconvenience. We literally could have saved over $12 in tip and fees (they have one of the highest service fees) by just getting it to go. But we didn't want to go anywhere. The sauce wasn't even that good. Not a happy customer! The other thing was we got chips, cheese, and guac. The guac was good but the chips just had some melted cheese on top in a pile and the chips tasted stale. "Nearly $100 later, we opened the boxes to what can only be described as the world's most expensive game of "Find the Toppings." We paid extra for mushrooms, olives, and pineapple. The results? About 15 olives, 20 tiny pieces of pineapple, 18 pepperoni slices...and apparently the mushrooms were on vacation.
The "Triple Meat" pizza was especially impressive—not because of the meat, but because there seemed to be more cheese than all three meats combined. It felt like the toppings were applied with tweezers.
I remember when Little Caesars was known for being affordable and generous. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but charging premium prices while shrinking the amount of food isn't the answer. If I'm paying close to $100 for pizza, I shouldn't have to search for the toppings like it's an Easter egg hunt.
I really hope this was just a one-off experience, because what we received was disappointing from the first box to the last.

"The good: The Italian subs came well packaged, which I appreciated. The subs were made with high-quality ingredients and were absolutely delicious. I had it made on garlic bread which was wonderful. I got their buy one, get one free deal. I like the pickle spear on the side.
The bad: It was very small with very few toppings. If I had paid regular price for the sub, I would've been very upset. It was delicious, but definitely not worth that price. They didn't allow for special instructions, which I feel like any business that truly cares about their customer's experience would allow. 
I tried to compare it to Subway because that is my favorite sub shop. If you like lots of meat and fresh veggies with lots of options on bread, sauces, and veggies, plus want a good value, go to Subway. If you are more of a foodie and don't mind paying higher prices, have a smaller appetite, or don't like a lot of veggies on your subs, go here. They are delicious for sure but the cost (without the deal) doesn't justify what you get. If the portion wasn't so small or the price was less, I would have loved it rather than just liked it. With the deal, I would get it again if I wasn't that hungry. At full price, I'm choosing Subway every time."
