"My fav late night cheesesteak. Its not authentic. The beef is more like beef strips. Not shaved. Also the cheese isnt pure provolone or covered in whiz but has a nice american cheese type flavor. I think I prefer the beef in strips than shaved... It works really well and the beef is flavorful/well seasoned. They also offer all the extras. Grilled onions, sweet peppers and mushrooms.

"I always order a slab or more of pork Slab of Ribs every week for myself . I have learned that the ribs are much more delicious without BBQ sauce. They are seasoned thru and thru. and tender to the bone. The Mac and cheese is better than grandmas.
I often give food gifts of BBQ from Johnson's. This Father's Day, both of my sons requested Johnson's Brothers barbecue as their gifts and they were able to enjoy BBQ the entire weekend without having to be the cooks. "I shop here regularly for steaks and fish but tried online ordering for lunch. Everything we got was perfect and I NEVER say that. The smoked chicken Smoked Chicken Salad Sandwich was BOMB good!! Wife had that and let me try it. A must. I did the prime rib beef dip. Spot on with slight smokey flavor for the au jus. Onion rings were the best I ever had. I don't know if it was fresh. The sandwich portion was big, but that's about it. Not big on flavor.
