The portions are great. I couldn't wait to take a bite. The brisket was too firm. The had brisket from everywhere and this was not good. A good brisket feeds without breaking and melts in your mouth. This was a tough over cooked thick cut of meat.
Similar review on the ribs. These pork ribs felt more like beef ribs. They were tough and had to enjoy. Good pork ribs should fall off the bone and easy to eat, this was not that.

"I just recently discovered that they serve keto style tacos. I wish I would've discovered it earlier because they are delicious. They use a paper, thin slice of grilled cheese as the shell and I love the flavor. The sad news is I've heard that they are filing for bankruptcy as a chain.
