It has a layer of fuschia colored tea, then a layer of basil seeds, the topped by a layer of blue tea. When mixed it turns a gorgeous purple. It tasted amazing. The broth, as my mom said, "tastes like the only flavor it got was from cooking the wontons in it". The Moo Shu Chicken was ok. Not terrible but not great. Again, bland. The Chicken Chow Mein was probably the best of the three, but still suffered from a lack of depth in the flavor and was very greasy. It tasted better cold the next day. Overall, a big disappointment and we will not be ordering from here again."
