The flying fish roe sushi was beautifully put together and delicious. This was the first time I'd tried it and I was so glad I did. This is for those who enjoy raw sushi or are a fan of fish eggs. To me, they are deliciously salty with an interesting crunchy texture.
The Tako or octopus is always my favorite. The texture of the octopus is slightly chewy without being rubbery and it almost has a meat-like taste.
