In the past when drastic mistakes were made I called the restaurant directly to offer feedback because they lost money on my order being so wrong. The manager didn't care. So..."

"My first time ordering from this restaurant. Ordered the Meat Lovers Bowl. Kind of a deconstructed omelette. I never order omelettes due to the melted cheese. So not sure what to expect. I always have plenty left over and feel like it is a gracious serving but helps justify the cost. it is a $25 salad and through door dash ended up being $35 with fees and tip. upon arrival, the bowl was about half full and hardly had any toppings, this didn't even seem like a verde salad and was extremely disappointing. The Salmon was also hard. Overall bad experience and I have never had a bad experience with the other locations for the last 11 years ordering from them.
