"When I got there I had to wait in line because my food hadn't been made yet. There was only one person working and she had several mobile orders in front of her as well as in-store customers. When I got to the front of the line another employee joined her. I told him my order and he found it in the list of receipts of orders waiting to be made. At this point he told me they dont sell Big Hot Pastrami anymore and didnt have pastrami. He then just started grabbing another meat to substitute without asking me if that was okay. I asked him if I could just pick a new sandwich. He said yes and the one I changed to was $2 cheaper. When it was finished he didnt apologize or offer me any kind of refund. He just handed me my sandwich and went to the next person in line.
