The 6 pack of ice cream sandwiches that are suppose to come in labelled box, instead were literally crammed into a small paper bag. The ice cream sandwiches were completely melted.
We won't be able to eat these. We will want a full refund for the ice cream sandwiches.
Last time we ordered this, it was in a Dairy Queen fast food box, not in the ice cream box. At least they were not melted, although they very super soft. There was an 1/8 to 1/4 inch of ice cream sandwiched between the chocolate cookies. One of them had no ice cream in the center. It tastes fine, a bit bland, but my biggest thing is that the little flakes of salmon advertised are in fact chunks of a filet thrown in there skin-on. I even found like HALF OF A FILET just floating at the top. Very lazy and not as good as it looks, but like I said it's good for the money if you just need a hearty meal.
Also the packaging was a good soup cup with the lid and everything BUT they didn't even staple the bag which made me nervous because you could very easily get this tampered with if you have a bad dasher."

The 16 oz. seasonal fruit was a nice surprise from the typical; usually it's whatever the kitchen can scrounge up, but not this restaurant. Carefully layered pineapple and whole destemed strawberries. I am definitely coming again, and won't complain about the lack of bread!"

"The H-11. BBQ Pork sandwich was really nice, just enough BBQ sauce to get enough flavor but not so much that it becomes soggy. However it could've used a bit more coleslaw, or maybe for takeout/Togo orders have the slaw on the side so it doesn't wilt so much from the pork. I was skeptical at first about the Strawberry Banana smoothie being $9 for a medium (especially when I saw how small the medium was) but the taste made up for it, I would definitely pay $9 again for it. And the Fries Hash Brown (2 Pcs) tasted like a hash brown patty.

"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting.
We also had N5. Pad Kee Mao (Thai Spiced Noodle) and N2. Pad Thai. These were both solid choices, with the shrimp on the phad thai being plentiful and good quality. That said, we're used to 3 stars being medium hot, but here it's very spicey!! "

I typically get either a carmel macchiato, vanilla latte or SF Red Bull Italian Soda with pineapple and fresh oj. B.The baked goods are to die for. Homemade scones and chocolate crossiants are it for me!! Lastly, the pièce de résistance which is the Acai Bowl. 🤤 The freshest fruit everytime, perfect amount of agave, honey or condensed milk! The granola is a perfect mix of toasted goodness and what I believe is a honey glaze.. I appreciate the highlight of the actual fruit! They go the extra steps and showcase each one. "Ordered from this place multiple times in a week when I discovered this place 😭 I don't usually ever see a crispy pork bánh mì so I wanted to try it here. I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. It's worth it and the best bánh mí I've had in my 30 years alive🤭"
