The food was awful. The burrito tasted like potatoes. Hardly any meat. I didn't even finish it because it tasted like a griddle. Salsa couldn't even save it because it had no flavor. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because they did have the smarts to package all of the nacho ingredients separate so that the chips didn't get soggy, but those flavors weren't good either.

"I was very hesitant about ordering because the mixed reviews. I wish I would have took a picture, they looked a little messy, but man were they good! The messier they are the better they are. I have not had Jersey Mike's since I was a teenager. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was delicious everything from the bread to the meat I don't normally like onions, but this was packed with onions and it just created so much flavor not overwhelming. Then the Italian was so good as well. Everything's packing flavor. I literally ate half of the cheesesteak then half of the Italian now I have dinner for tonight. Everything was very fresh. The portions weren't the largest, but I feel like they balanced out the bread well. I would definitely order again! Whoever is making subs today did not miss. For example I use DoorDash a lot and this is my first ever review. That's how good it was. If I had to pick the only thing I would say is the bread was kind of chewy and hurt my jaw, but I have TMJ so. Absolute perfection. "

"The 20oz ribeye is a huge portion and has great flavor. I ordered medium and my daughter ordered well done. The inside was nearly right but the outsides are a little burned. This meal cost $35 without taxes fees tip. I expected a little more when it comes to the steaks. The mashed potatoes said nothing about gravy or where the gravy would go. The gravy came on top of the potatoes and had we known the mashed came with gravy we would have wanted it on the side. Last thing, you only have broccoli for vegetable side..."

"I was very underwhelmed. The chicken sandwich was wayyyy over cooked and the bacon was burnt. There was very little hot honey and some other kind of sweet sauce on there that did not go well with the pimento cheese and pickles. Most likely will not order it again. The fries that came with it were overcooked and hard and tasteless, salt or some type of seasoning would have went a long way. The Mac and cheese tasted bland and like watered down cheese sauce. Again no salt or pepper or any type of seasoning. Not even melted cheese on top. Neither of us really liked the sandwich or the Mac and cheese, but at least the Mac can be saved with extra cheese and seasonings. The loaded tots were the only saving grace. They were super fresh, hot and tasty. Probably won't order from here again just based off price and quality of food. The food was much better 6 months ago when eating in house. Maybe they jsut don't do well with delivery."
