Truth be I understood the beef protein by names but the one that was a thin sliced raw red meat I had to ask how to complete cooking by using the broth and dropping the slices in heated broth in which it cooked in 1-2 minutes. Very good portions and all the added ingredients and seasoning were excellent. Also the crab Rangoon was very good. 1st timer customer and I will return to sample other entrees. 5 star!
