I order extra boba and popping boba in my mango D25 Mango Bubble Milk Tea, and got a call that they were out of popping boba. So since they couldn't reimburse me, the only options were toppings I didn't want. They ended up sending me a small side of mango to replace two drinks worth of popping boba. Well, the mango was green and hard. That's not all. I ordered extra tapioca ($$$) and it's literally one regular serving worth. Idk if I'll be going back to this location. For rice lovers you will want to order an extra rice since it only comes with a tiny box of rice, about one third the size of a typical serving. The coconut shrimp however is awful. The breading on the outside is too thick and it tastes nothing like coconut, the shrimp inside is mushy. The sauce that comes with it is not a spicy mayo, it's honey mustard sauce which is a strange combination. It appeared to have been either reheated or became soggy due to the packaging. I wouldn't expect that low level of quality from the same chef that prepared the curry, probably best to review that. The coffee was delicious although since it's in a smaller cup it would be nice to have have an option to order a larger size. "

The few "spices" that were intentionally added were cut in large chunks/slices that were hard to eat. Absolutely nothing about this dish was good. Even the presentation was terrible... Everything looked smushed together. It's obvious that there was no attention to detail. This dish seems like it was just designed to use up excess ingredients without any consideration for the consumer's dining experience.
