"I’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant twice. The first time, I got the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp, and it was amazing. The shrimp were large, flavorful, and actually grilled, which made me excited to order again.
The second time, I ordered the Build Your Own Pesto Pasta with grilled shrimp, but instead I received small shrimp that weren’t even grilled. It seemed like they may have run out of the grilled shrimp and substituted a different kind without letting me know. I would have much preferred they notify me and recommend another protein rather than make the substitution without asking. To top it off, I was still charged the extra $5 for the grilled shrimp.
Based on my first order, I had high expectations, so this was a disappointing experience. I hope they communicate better with customers when an item or ingredient isn’t available instead of making substitutions without notice."

"The portion sizes were very small. When we eat in at the restaurant, the corn guacamole is a decent size for two people. We received it and it was a half cup, maybe. The chicken piccata was dry and one of the chicken breast was about 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches by a quarter inch thick. The pizza had a slice of Pineapple on each slice, barley any onions and chicken. This meal cost $135.00. I think when restaurants start cutting down there portions and increasing the price, it probably means they're close to shutting down. It just wasn't worth the money I spent for the food we got. Very disappointing."

"Absolutely shocked by how bad this order was. I spent over $70 on a very simple delivery order from the Applebee’s at 9255 and it was a complete mess.
My steak with mushrooms and a potato arrived cold and basically inedible. The cut of beef is the most disgusting, veiny, low-quality piece of steak I’ve ever received from a restaurant. I’ll be uploading a photo. To make it worse, they smothered it in soggy, half-raw onions even though I specifically requested mushrooms. I understand onions are cheaper than mushrooms, but charging for mushrooms and covering the steak in wet onions instead is unacceptable.
The smoothie they advertise all over the app that I ordered was also missing. The Dasher told me nothing was packed for a drink. When I called the restaurant, the manager Walter just told me to contact the app. Emily packed the order.
The brownie bite dessert also came with a laughably tiny scoop of ice cream in what looks like a sauce cup.
This isn’t the first time items have been missing from orders here, but it will absolutely be the last time I ever order from this location again. Completely unacceptable."

We ate in the restaurant a week and a half ago and everything we ordered was fabulous!! I had the Branzino, my husband ordered the Veal Chop and our friend had the Short Ribs with mashed potatoes. Best lentil soup ever as well. Our dinners were superb! The chocolate lava cake was scrumptious, as were the Italian donuts with custard. We take out often and the Veal Medallions and Polpette Meatballs with peas are just delicious. Eat in service is outstanding and we were surrounded by obviously likewise very satisfied patrons.
