I'm sorry but it definitely was not worth ordering again or worth the money at all! If Bamboo Moon in Randolph was delivering I would have gone with them as they never disappoint! "Hong Kong City is the largest Chinese restaurant in the Greater Attleboro- Taunton area. It is a very nice place for dining - in complete with a sushi bar and a lot of ambience. It does, however, become a bit noisy when it’s busy.
The spider maki is my favorite cooked item from the sushi bar. The soft shell crab is delicious, but it is a wee bit bulky to eat with the chopsticks provided and the pieces tend to fall apart. The wasabi and ginger comes with the order. The wasabi served is very potent, but you only get enough to cover one piece which was disappointing to me.
The Singapore rice noodles are a wonderful choice and the order is very large for one person to eat. They are even better when prepared with fried tofu which will be added if requested.
The brown rice is a nice item to add to your meal as it is healthier for eating than the white rice.
The egg rolls are okay, but would taste better if they were prepared with some pieces of roast pork or shrimp.
The crab rangoons are a good size and they’re very tasty and don’t have any strange flavor to them like you can get in some establishments.
I love the Tom Yum soup at Hong Kong City. It’s prepared with chicken and extra large shrimp that have the shells removed so that you don’t have to pick at them with your fingers. The broth is a nice spicy tomato flavor and is served with chunks of fresh cooked vegetables.
I like Hong Kong City because they are conveniently located on lower Broadway in Taunton near where I live, and they have a large traditional and varied menu complete with Japanese sushi selections."

The egg foo young came not with the usual brown gravy but with a dark thin sauce that I didn't like at all. The only thing that I liked was the scallion pie, but not enough to order from here again. Some French Onions have this tap water or murky taste to them, like they were made with water or not seasoned well. Their soup is not salty or underseasoned, just perfect. The Harvest Salad at the time was available but not anymore, but it is their BEST menu item for me. If you can get your hands on it during Winter, it is a must try! Their Short-Rib Poutine is no longer available either but maybe in the Winter, if you can get your hands on it...do it. The short rib is VERY VERY savory, so have a drink on hand or another menu item to cut the sharpness of the acidity."
