"I'm not gonna lie. in the last year I have ordered from here many times... and the quality was getting worse and worse. with each order came mistakes, incorrect ingredients in the food, not honoring the changes I made to my order, and even BURNING the cheese on my Grilled Cheese Burritos. but about two months ago they started sending out these little pink cards speaking of their dedication to providing good service! and since those cards started coming, the quality has skyrocketed past every other Taco Bell in the region! I actually enjoy liver, but that’s not what I was expecting when I ordered a beef dish. I’m not sure if it was a lower-quality cut of beef, but the texture wasn’t appealing to me. I also wish the dish had a little more sauce because the noodles were on the dry side. It could have used a bit more seasoning as well, since it tasted somewhat bland. I probably wouldn’t order the beef version again. I think this dish would be much better with chicken, shrimp, or even pork instead."

I really didn't know what to expect, I just knew it looked delicious. Because I have nothing to compare it to I have no idea if it's anything like traditional takoyaki, but it has a very unique flavor and texture that is incredibly hard to describe. kinda like doughy and crispy at the same time. The octopus flavor is mild and the sauces are a weird combination of sweet and savory that hits all the right taste buds. The star of the show was DEFINITELY the Tonkotsu Ramen though. they send the noodles and toppings separate from the broth which is nice if you're not planning to eat it right. The broth on its own is incredible. Kind of creamy and perfectly seasoned. I love the different array of toppings and chose to add pork to mine. The pork was incredibly tender with a kind of teriyaki/BBQ sauce that tasted amazing!"

Buffalo Wings were small every bite you had to pull out a price of something that you couldn't chew. Buffalo sauce was not spicy at all.
The Works pizza with the thin crust tasted good. But it wasn't regular pizza. It was like a cracker with toppings. I got the old world sausage pepperoni they were a good upgrade.

and one "Big” Chocolate Chip Cookie.
3/5 for the Spaghetti & Meatballs and here is why;
The spaghetti has been slightly overcooked, resulting in certain noodles having a firm and chewy texture along their edges. However, the core of the dish appears satisfactory, with appropriate warmth. Additionally, the meatballs weren't over seasoned and have a decent taste. Would I pay $15 for the same dish? For the portion and quality, no.
As for the "Big” Chocolate Chip Cookie
I was unfortunately disappointed. The picture shows a warm, chewy cookie that looks like it would melt on the touch. The one I received was definitely warm, so warm in fact that it was burnt. the edges are very rough. Seems like it was left in the oven for a little too long. If this dish was cooked a little less I would definitely consider buying it again- even with the $15 price it carries.
