The first time I ordered from here, I had COVID and although vaccinated, was feeling extremely ill. I swear the curry chicken and ginger beer expedited my recovery. The spicy curry makes you feel healthy & the ginger beer (missing from DoorDash menu) helped a lot too. Its going to be my go-to meal whenever im sick.
I ordered again because they were out of the jerk chicken last time. The curry and jerk chicken are equally delicious, but very different. Jerk chicken is sweet and savory. Their jerk sauce is super delicious. The curry chicken is spicy. Bones in both so be carful :P
There's a generous portion of food. The mac was a little small for the price but overall, their prices are fantastic. And the mac is not bland.

"My review is not meant to harm the business because the flavor was exquisite. However, I decided to write a review because paying almost $40 for a plate from a food truck is a bit expensive. Today I decided to try the “surf and turf” mofongo. I ate the mofongo and the shrimp, but the steak was impossible to eat — it was extremely chewy. No one could bite into it without risking choking."

My order on Monday arrived fresh, perfectly portioned, and exactly as ordered, no soggy granola or melted toppings like you sometimes get with delivery. It’s clear they actually care about getting the balance right between the fruit, toppings, and crunch instead of just throwing something together. "This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and veg, and the cow foot with rice and peas and veg.
Oxtail: 2/5
The oxtail was unfortunately very dry and had almost no gravy, which is unusual since oxtail is normally rich and saucy. Because of the lack of gravy, the pieces felt dry and slightly hard. They weren’t completely tough, but they also weren’t very tender. The flavor itself wasn’t bad, but the dryness really affected the overall experience.
Cow foot: 4/5
The cow foot was very good. It was much more tender, well seasoned, and flavorful. This dish was definitely the highlight of the order.
The rice and peas were okay for both meals, and I really enjoyed the vegetables. The veg had good flavor and paired well with the dishes.
Packaging: 1/5
The packaging really needs improvement. The standard white foam containers felt flimsy, and some of the food spilled inside. The utensils and napkin were placed inside the container to absorb the spills, which didn’t make much sense. Overall, it did not hold up well for delivery and affected the presentation.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. The cow foot and vegetables were strong, but the oxtail and packaging could definitely be better. I may try them again in the future and hope for a better experience next time."

I took a chance and order because the customer service was very good. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because for $25 dollars per Tasso Kabrit (Fried Goat) it was a small amount of meat with a whole lo of Bannan and some salad... and even though the Tasso Kabrit (Fried Goat) tastes great for the price that a bit disappointing. Especially since the picture depicts a nice plate of Tasso Kabrit (Fried Goat). They sent lots of pikliz which I appreciate. The Marinade was not my favorite they are very fluffy or flavorful, but I really like the Akra it was fully of flavor and had a bit of spice. The Bannan is also very good as well as the Diri dyon dyon. The Pate Code (Fried Patie) is very delicious and very big, but be careful if you get chicken there are bones."
