I also ordered the Chicken Canasta de Plátano, which consists of fried green plantain cups filled with shredded chicken and topped with Santana sauce. Yesterday I ordered the Vijayawada Special Chicken Biryani and received only 4 tiny pieces of chicken with a large amount of rice. The previous day, I ordered the Chicken Pulao and received only about 5 small pieces, again with mostly rice.
This isn’t a one-time issue it has happened repeatedly with my 1+1 offer, the meal should still have a reasonable amount of chicken. It feels like the chicken quantity is being reduced while the rice quantity is increased.
I was a frequent customer, but after experiencing the same issue multiple times, I don’t plan to order from here again. Very disappointing."
