"Alright, so this is my second time ordering from this place. The first time I ordered, my delivery took over two hours, so I ended up cancelling it. This time around, I saw the BOGO promotion for the Monster wrap and decided to give it another shot, honestly expecting it might get cancelled again.
Good news, it did not! The order went through and it was legit. The quality of the food is a solid 10 out of 10. The fries are amazing, the sauce is amazing, and the Monster Wrap Buy One Get One promotion is honestly incredible value! The branding and packaging on delivery were great, portions were generous, and everything felt well put together. This is definitely a place I would order from again. If you are seeing the promotion right now, and if they keep doing deals like this, I genuinely think this place is a goto spot. Not tryna to gatekeep, so I wanted to leave a review for others who might be on the fence. Based on what I have ordered so far, this place is a solid 10/ 10 so far!"

"Little pricy vs before but tasty food"
"I genuinely do not understand the ratings for FEZ Shawarma. Before my order was even prepared, I called and asked if I could switch my order to the Saj Platter, which was actually cheaper than the plate I originally ordered. I was told no, even though it would have cost them less.
Then the food arrived and somehow got even worse. I left specific instructions, and none of them were followed. My plate showed up with no hummus, no garlic sauce, barely any potatoes, no pita bread, and a pile of dry, disgusting meat.
Seriously, how do you give somebody a shawarma plate with no hummus and no garlic sauce? Those are basic parts of the meal. Instead, I got a container full of dry meat, about four potatoes, and no pita bread. It was incomplete, poorly prepared, and felt like nobody cared what was being sent out the door.
The customer service was just as disappointing as the food. I called ahead to make a simple change to a cheaper platter and was told no. Then the order arrived missing half of what makes a shawarma plate a shawarma plate.
They should be ashamed of the quality they’re serving customers. I’ve ordered shawarma from plenty of places in Ottawa, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Shawarma Palace is a million times better in terms of quality, portions, and consistency. Save your money and order elsewhere."

"Me and my partner both took the Beef Birria Tacos and it was delicious! Although, I couldn't give it a 5 star because of the amount of food we get compared to the price. The restaurant serves, like shown in the image, three tacos and the sauce that comes with it. The unfortunate part is the size of the tortilla they use for the taco. I'm guessing that's how this dish is usually served, so maybe either cut the price a little bit to make it more affordable for customers (depending on your customer targeting strategy) or add a side dish that's included with the meal."

The staff always warmly welcome me and the food is always exceptional. Consistently delicious, so fresh and generous with both the chicken and the veggies on my chicken sandwich.
I must confess that I don't know anything about their other selections as I only ever get the very same thing.!
On occasion, I also get their supremely tasty potatoes with garlic sauce and it is bliss. I save every bite.
I don't go to any other Shawarma place even though there are a few between my house and this location.
I know five stars is a high rating, but I would give them 10! Once you try their Shawarma, you won't want anyone else's!

"I ordered the chicken over rice and my daughter had the lamb over rice with their white sauce as we have dubbed it the :Oh God" sauce. The meat was moist flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The rice was done perfectly, flaky indicidual pieces not slumped together like some places you could tell it was made fresh. The salad was a wonderful accompanying factor as well. I tried the hot sauce with mine and it was spicy, flavorful and perfect with the chicken. This is now our go to place for fresh, fast and delicious food that fills us up nicely. A must go to place for a beautiful meal. Side note I tried the falafel and its was ridiculously good as well. "
