"I have ordered this salad several times with extra spicy grilled chicken and it usually comes with clearly two portions of chicken however, the last two times, I have received only one portion and they gladly kept the extra 6 dollars each time. In fact, it was such a large salad, I would ask for lettuce too be removed to which I was totally told they would not do that, so I had to in order to have enough room for the dressing and to mix it and now, I'm not even getting what I actually paid for. I will not be returning to this chain if this is the kind of deceitfulness I can expect and I won't recommend it either. Don't ask for extra if you actually want to receive it, get it on the side to prove you truly receive it."

Much like the burnt ends, the perfect preparation and unique flavor(s) made up fully for any other shortcomings.
